Thank you for shopping with us at Shoes to You. We want you to love your new shoes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your online purchase for a refund or exchange.
•⁠ ⁠In-Store Purchases: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your in-store purchase for a STORE CREDIT.

•⁠ ⁠Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
•⁠ ⁠Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
•⁠ ⁠SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned…

How to Return:
•⁠ ⁠Online Purchases:

  • Contact our customer service at to initiate a return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Please ship the item back within 10 days of receiving your return authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      •⁠ ⁠Pick up Purchases:

      Pick up orders will always be ready the next day from the moment placed. 
      It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up before the 10 days from the ready date of the order (the day after order is placed)
      Any orders that are picked up after 10 days automatically forfeit the right to an exchange/return.

      Refunds: ONLINE ONLY
      •⁠ ⁠Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

      •⁠ ⁠Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      •⁠ ⁠If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

      Damaged or Defective Items:
      •⁠ ⁠If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
