Shipping & In Store Pickups
All ordered are sent via USPS Priority Mail, insured at your request. We take the measures necessary to insure you receive your order. In the rare instance your package is lost or stolen, we kindly ask that you contact USPS, to inquire about your package, and file a lost package case, as we cannot do so.
For lost packages you may contact USPS. The tracking number is provided in the email we sent once your package was shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to our store you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you live in Miami, you can do in store pick up.
Use code INSTOREPICKUP at checkout to deduct shipping from the total.
In store pick ups are ready within 1 business day of order being placed.
Free Curbside Pickup for local customers (Must be able to pickup order at our location, 4778 SW 72 Avenue Miami, Florida 33155) Please schedule pickup time + date via text once you have placed your order to 786-395-5269
